This Nasturtium derives its unique name after the ape-like rare creature that legend says inhabits the Himalayas. This white nasturtium is rare, but is not ape-like in any way. This creamy white flowering variety blooms on long trailing vines that have large leaves. These vines can reach nearly seven feet in length. Nasturtium flower seed is one of the largest flower seeds you can buy. At only 8 seeds per gram, it is larger than a corn seed. Due to this fact, this flower seed is planted nearly 1″ deep in rows that are 12″ apart. Keep seed moist after planting.
