Sunrise Seeds accepts Cash, Money Orders, and Personal Checks and Credit Cards.
You may download our order form and print-out or print an order on paper if you do not wish to use the PayPal system. Print and mail with check or money order or Credit Card information to the address on the form. The form is located below.

All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days during the busy season.
All Seed and Supplies are shipped promptly as ordered and are subject to availability.

In the event of back orders we will ship the other items in stock and then ship the backordered items when they arrive at no extra charge to the customer.

Sunrise Seeds is an independent family owned and operated company.

Substitution Policies, Backorders, Refunds and all that other stuff

Payment Policies

We accept Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Credit Cards. All Seed and Supplies are shipped promptly as ordered. You may use our order form print-out or neatly type or print an order on paper if you do not wish to use the PayPal system.

Substitutions

We understand the need for fresh seed more than anyone. Our guarantee is for the freshest available but we need your help. Since we do not store seed for super-long periods like other companies to save money. Also due to mother-nature as well as supply and demand we will run out of varieties on occasion. Backordering is only done when the item will be ready soon and will be then shipped at no additional charge to the customer.
We refund unopened packets of seed returned within 21 days. We NEVER substitute.

Refunds

Refunds will be made according to your payment method. If you made a payment via Paypal with your credit card, your Paypal account, NOT YOUR CREDIT CARD, will be credited. Please make sure all your information is correct so that checks or money orders refunds as well as your purchases are sent to the proper address. We copy and paste all address information from the order invoice that we receive from Paypal or the Credit Card company. Please make sure your address information is correct on your account.

Shipping

We ship through United States Postal Service. We use Delivery Confirmation on every order. An email is sent to the email address on file with the Confirmation number and the address provided to us from the invoice.
If the address is wrong you must email us with the correct address or you may be responsible for additional shipping fees. Delivery Confirmation status can be accessed at www.USPS.com.

Foriegn Orders

We are happy to ship orders Internationally. However, we do not have knowledge of every country’s import restrictions. We cannot be responsible for orders seized in customs.
We provide Customs form tracking numbers in an email when the item is getting ready to ship. International order can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on the country.

Shipping charges for seed packets is a Flat charge of $3.00.
Other shipping charges are as follows:

PlantID Markers

  • Perennial/Herb/Veg. Sets $6.00
  • 10 packs 1-4 $3.00
  • 10 packs 5-10 $6.00

If you order Plantid markers and combine seed with them, the amount for the Plantid markers is sufficient.
Example order:

  • 3 seed packets
  • 1 perennial Plantid
  • shipping $6.00

If you order through Paypal the shipping charges are automatically figured and the mailing shipping charges do not apply.

Backorders

Some items may be backordered from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as crop failures and import delays at customs. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

We will do our very best to avoid delays. In the event of backorders we will ship all other items and ship B/O items at no additional cost unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
