Planting: You can start indoors in pots or flats 4 weeks early, but they tend to be hard to transplant if more than 2-3 leaves. They do the best when direct seeded in warm soil after danger of frost in your area.
Plant 4-6 seeds 1/2″ deep in hills 4 feet apart each way.
