Backorder Policy~
All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days during the busy season. Sunrise Seeds accepts Cash, Money Orders, and Personal Checks and Credit Cards. All Seed and Supplies are shipped promptly as ordered and are subject to availability. You may use download our order form and print-out or print an order on paper if you do not wish to use the PayPal system. In the event of back orders we will ship the other items in stock and then ship the backordered items when they arrive at no extra charge to the customer.
For your convenience I have added an order form link if you prefer to order by mail. You may print the form and mail with check or money order or Credit Card information to the address on the form. The form is located below:

Substitutions....
We understand the need for fresh seed more than anyone. Our guarantee is for the freshest available but we need your help. Since we do not store seed for super-long periods like other companies to save money. Also due to mother-nature as well as supply and demand we will run out of varieties on occasion. Backordering is only done when the item will be ready soon and will be then shipped at no additional charge to the customer.
We refund unopened packets of seed returned within 21 days. We NEVER substitute.
Refunds....
Refunds will be made according to your payment method. If you made a payment via Paypal with your credit card, your Paypal account, NOT YOUR CREDIT CARD, will be credited. Please make sure all your information is correct so that checks or money orders refunds as well as your purchases are sent to the proper address. We copy and paste all address information from the order invoice that we recieve from Paypal or the Credit Card company. Please make sure your addreess information is correct on your account.
Shipping...
We ship United States Postal Service. We use Delivery Confirmation on almost every order. That Confirmation number is available to you. We input the confirmation numbers into the Paypal system and the Credit Card system at the time of shipment so that you have access to it. Delivery Confirmation status can be accessed at USPS.com.
Foriegn Orders....
We are happy to ship orders Internationally. However we do not have knowledge of every countries import restrictions. We have had very little trouble shipping International. WE cannot be responsible for orders seized in customs. We will provide Customs form tracking information to you upon request. The Customs tracking numbers are entered into the Paypal system and the Credit Card system upon shipping.

Shipping charges for seed packets is a Flat charge of $3.00.
Other shipping charges are as follows:
Gourmet Popcorn
1-bag $7.00
3-6 bags $8.95
7-12 bags $17.90
PlantID Markers
Perennial/Herb/Veg. Sets $6.00
10 packs 1-4 $3.00
10 packs 5-10 $6.00
If you order Popcorn or Plantid markers and combine seed with them, the amount for the popcorn or Plantid markers is sufficient.
Example order:
3 seed packets
1 perennial Plantid
shipping $6.00
If you order through Paypal or Credit Card company the shipping charges are automatically figured and the mailing shipping charges do not apply.
Backorders....
Some items may be backordered from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as crop failures and import delays at customs. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
We will do our very best to avoid delays. In the event of backorders we will ship all other items and ship B/O items at no additional cost unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
Sunrise Seeds accepts checks, money orders and credit cards.
