Half Hardy Annual. Crested heads or combs of flowers in brilliant shades of yellow, orange, crimson, purple, rose and red. Flower heads are extremely long-lasting. Days to Germination 8 - 10, Grows Best inFull Sun,
After all danger of frost, sow in open ground well exposed. Cover with 1/8 inch soil. When plants are 2 inches high, thin.

Celosia Flamingo Feather
Without doubt a very exciting find both for bedding and everlasting flowers. Beautiful plants with soft, dense feathery spikes, produced in profusion. It offers fresh shape and colour to cut flower, or everlasting flower arrangements, with 4-5" flower spikes on 24" stems. Excellant as a flowering pot plant. Flowers in summer.
Height is about 30 inches and easy germination and easily cared for.

Celosia Plumosa Miniature Mix
Large tufts with stalks ending in great plumes of bright colors.
Annual. Celosia's neon-bright plumes in yellow, gold and red look fresh for many weeks in the garden and can be dried for colorful arrangements. Looks best when planted in large groups. Thrives in summer heat. Blooms summer to early fall.
Days to Sprout 10 - 14, Planting Depth 0.125 inches.
Plant seeds outdoors after the last frost in soil enriched with compost. (Seeds may be started indoors in peat pots 6 to 8 weeks earlier.) Sow seeds, cover lightly and keep moist until seedlings are established.
DRYING
Cut when flower plumes are in full color. Wrap a rubber band around small bundle of stems and hang heads down in a dry, airy place until dry.
